Chongzheng Primary School is a government primary school located in Tampines, in the eastern part of Singapore. Its principal is Elaine Quek and its vice principal is Karen Anne Albuquerque. Former principal Jasmail Singh Gill left in 2010 and has been transferred to Unity Primary School, and former vice-principal Lee Kok Meng Clement left this year.

The colours blue and white symbolise clarity and sincerity. The logo of the book and pen signifies the acquisition of knowledge while the white arrows represent truth.

The uniform is, for boys, a light blue short-sleeved shirt and dark blue shorts, while for girls, a light blue short-sleeved shirt and dark blue pinafore. Socks and white shoes should be worn.
