The "Chris Cox Megamix" is a promotional single from the two-disc limited edition of Britney Spears's album Greatest Hits: My Prerogative and was included on the Remix Bonus Disc which included several remixes and accompanied the main Greatest Hits disc. The song was mixed by Chris Cox and was released as a promo single to dance music radio stations and clubs. During the fourth quarter of 2004 it was released in North America, Europe and selected Asian countries [1]. The music video also received airplay in South America, Australia and Europe to promote the album.

Cox was commissioned to produce a megamix to promote Greatest Hits: My Prerogative. The megamix was set to include Spears' greatest hits at that time, and the song were chosen by Cox. The songs included on the mix are:

- "Outrageous"
- "Oops!... I Did It Again"

The Megamix video was released to promote her album Greatest Hits: My Prerogative. The music video released is for a shortened version for the "Chris Cox Megamix", which omits the songs "Outrageous" and "Overprotected". This is not officially a music video, as it is parts of other music videos.It is a combination of the videos from all the songs contained, plus clips of her other videos. For unknown reasons the music videos for "Born to Make You Happy" and "My Prerogative" are not included on any time, not even at the end when the full compilation of music videos is shown. The video was successful on several video charts. For promotion, the music video of the megamix was included on the DualDisc edition of In the Zone album. Also the video was included on the Taiwanese CD single.
