[edit] Career

Owens started his first business, Mac Bundle Box, at age 14. Building upon previous successful ventures from companies like MacHeist, Owens bundled various Apple Mac applications and utilities to form one package to be available for a short time at a discount. Mac Bundle Box is alleged to have taken £700,000 in revenue since launching in 2008. Some of it going to the Developers. Owens then launched his own pay-per-click internet marketing service named Branchr, along with entrepreneur Mark Bao.[citation needed]

In the summer of 2010, Owens began a new venture, VoteBundle that allowed potential customers to vote on what would be included in the bundle. The VoteBundle venture was acclaimed by the Apple community.[3] VoteBundle launched, and was the first democratic bundle of its type.[3]
