Christian art media differ somewhat between Christian denominations:
Catholic Art

- Church architecture, fresco, paintings, stained glass, sculptures, manuscript miniature, wood carvings, plague columns, and many others.
Orthodox Art
-
- Church Architecture, icons, frescoes, mosaics, manuscript miniature, wood carving, and stained glass. Sculptures have been forbidden in recent centuries, although small Byzantine examples are plentiful.
Protestant Art

- Church Architecture, printmaking especially book illustrations, painting, and stained glass.
