Church of the Incarnation (Amite, Louisiana)

The Episcopal Church of the Incarnation is an historic church on Olive Street in Amite, Louisiana. The Church was incorporated in 1871 and was admitted into the Union. Heirs of John M. Bach donated the present site. In 1872 the Rev. Herman Cope Duncan, missionary to this area, became the first rector.[1]
