City Mall is one of the biggest shopping malls in the Jordanian capital, Amman. It has a total floor area of 160,000m², of which 55,000m² is leasable. Distributed over four floors are a range of international fashion brands, restaurants, coffee shops, a ten screen Cineplex, a large family entertainment zone and more. Moreover, City Mall is host to Jordan’s largest hypermarket, Carrefour, and houses many international brands new to Jordan like Virgin Megastore, River Island, Aizone and Bershka. The mall is owned by Al-Khayr Real Estate Investment Company, a Jordanian company established in 2003 with City Mall as its first project. Furthermore, It has the country’s largest indoor parking lot, with a 2000 car-capacity.
