Clemency Hallinan (born 5 November 1990) is an English actress recently seen in a Muller advert and E4's The Inbetweeners.

Clemency Hallinan is the youngest of four sisters, sister to Sugar Rush actress Olivia Hallinan, the most famous and critically acclaimed of the four. She is also the daughter of actress Maggie Taylor. She is from Twickenham, London. She attended St Catherine's School, a public school in Twickenham, until 2007. She then attended Reeds Public School in Cobham, where she is took A-Levels in Drama, English and Philosophy. She now attends the University of Birmingham, studying drama.

As well as her role as Becky in The Inbetweeners, Clemency also appeared in the Scottish BAFTA-nominated Uncle Dad in 2006, and has various other stage and television credits to her name, including an appearance on Michael Barrymore's Barrymore! as a young child.
