Cliff Matthews (born August 5, 1989) is an American football player that is a Defensive End/Tackle for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Falcons in the seventh round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at South Carolina.

Matthews was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the seventh round (230th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft. He was signed by the team on July 28.[1] Unfortunately, he was injured in the preseason that year.
