Clover campaign is a term commonly used with yard signs. Clover campaigning is marketing to neighbors within radius of an affiliate by the use of placed signage.
In other words, clover campaigning is when a company, political leader or cause places a sign in the yard of a customer, or advocate for promotion.
Clover campaigning can be seen regularly during political seasons and is extremely common in the United States.
Clover campaigning is also often utilized by the service industry such as painters, lawn care professionals, roofers, contractors, etc.
