Club Atlético Acassuso is a football club from San Isidro in Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina. The squad currently plays in Primera B Metropolitana, which is the regionalised third division of the Argentine Football Association league system.
The club obtained a place in the Amateur AAF league in 1932 because many of the major clubs had left the league to form a breakaway professional league. Acassuso finished 11th and 10th before the league was disbanded in 1934. It was their only spell in top flight football.
In 2007 the club was promoted to Primera B Metropolitana after winning both the Apertura 2006 and Clausura 2007 of Primera C Metropolitana.
