Colostethus humilis is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is endemic to Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
