Come Clean is the major label debut of post-grunge band Puddle of Mudd and their third release overall. Released on August 28, 2001, the album was responsible for breaking Puddle of Mudd into the mainstream music scene. It contains the hit singles "Control," "Blurry," "Drift & Die," and "She Hates Me." Various tracks were re-recorded from the band's previous EP, Stuck and first album, Abrasive. The album reached the Billboard 200 Albums chart peaking at #9
The album has sold over 3.8 million copies in the United States to date, and remains the band's highest selling album.
