"Coming Around Again" is a 1986 single by Carly Simon from the album of the same title and the soundtrack of Heartburn. The song features a sampling of the classic children's song "Itsy Bitsy Spider".[1]

The success of the song began a career resurgence for Simon. The single is featured on multiple compilations of her work, which include 1995's 3-disc box set Clouds in My Coffee, the UK import The Very Best of Carly Simon: Nobody Does It Better, the 2-disc retrospective Anthology, 2004's single disc Reflections: Carly Simon's Greatest Hits, and 2014's Playlist: The Very Best of Carly Simon.

The song peaked at #18 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Simon's twelfth Top 40 hit in the USA.[2] It also hit #5 on the Adult Contemporary chart.[2] It was also a success in Brazil as it was included in the soundtrack of the telenovela O Outro. The single was released in the United Kingdom in January 1987 and reached a peak of #10 on the UK Singles Chart in late-February.[3] It reached #15 in South Africa in June 1987.
