Comox Valley C is a regional district electoral area in the Comox Valley Regional District, British Columbia, Canada. It is also known as the Puntledge/Black Creek Electoral Area. The RDA is located between Courtenay, Campbell River and Strathcona Provincial Park.
According to the Canada 2001 Census:
- Population: 7,584 (exclusive of any residents of Indian Reserves)
- % Change (1996–2001): -12.0
- Dwellings: 3,617
- Area (km²): 1,066.32
- Density (persons per km²): 7.1
