Confession is the second album released by Ill Niño. The album debuted at #37 in the Billboard Top 200 with first week sales of 27,863.[1] It has been their most successful album to date, selling nearly 500,000 copies (Gold status) in the United States. The album features several elements and influences of alternative metal.

Notes:
- "Have You Ever Felt?" is played in the game Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for the Xbox 360.
- Tracks 15, 16 and 17 are only included on special versions of the album
- There is also a Spanglish version of "How Can I Live" which features the verse sung in Spanish with the chorus in English. This track is featured on the "How Can I Live" Single.
- There are also 4 demos tracks about Confession sessions: "About Them", "Every Day", "Make Me Feel" and "When It Cuts (demo)".
- There are also 2 tracks acoustic version (recorded live at the AAF studios): "How Can I Live" and "This Time's for Real".
- The song "When It Cuts" is featured on the Playstation Portable game Infected.
- The hit song "How Can I Live" features on the slasher/horror movie and soundtrack Freddy vs. Jason
- "I'll Find a Way" can be found on the soundtrack to the 2005 film The Cave, entitled as "I'll Find The Way".
