Conformation generally means structural arrangement and may refer to:
- Carbohydrate conformation, the three-dimensional shape of a carbohydrate
- Conformational isomerism, a form of stereoisomerism in which the isomers can be interconverted exclusively by rotations about formally single bonds.
- Conformation activity relationship, the relationship between the biological activity and the conformation or conformational changes of a biomolecule
- Conformation shows, dog shows in which dogs of a particular breed are judged according to how well they conform to the established breed type
- Cyclohexane conformation, the three-dimensional shape of a cyclohexane molecule
- Equine conformation, evaluates the degree of correctness of a horse's bone structure, musculature, and its body proportions
