The Connacht Rugby Under 16 League is an annual rugby union competition run under the auspices of Connacht Rugby, and played on a home and away basis between the following Under 16 club sides based in the Irish province of Connacht:
- Athlone
- Ballina
- Ballinasloe
- Connemara All-Blacks
- Corinthians
- Creggs
- Galwegians
- Monivea
- Westport
The most notable rivalry is that between the two sides based in Galway city: Corinthians RFC and Galwegians RFC. Corinthians have had the upper hand in recent years, although most recently Galwegians have reflected their status as one of the premier senior clubs in Ireland with the strength of their youth teams.
