Connecticut Transit New Britain Division and Connecticut Transit Bristol Division are two divisions of Connecticut Transit that collectively provide local bus service to four towns in the Central Connecticut Region,[1] with connections to CT Transit Hartford Division in downtown New Britain, along the Berlin Turnpike, and at Westfarms Mall. Service in both divisions operates Monday through Saturday along 13 routes.

Routes[edit]

These are the routes in the New Britain and Bristol Divisions. The 41 route (formerly P route) is contiguous with Hartford Division.
. PLEASE NOTE: New Britain routes being transitioned to numbers will start with a "5". Starting December 8, 2014, customers in the New Britain area will see local routes transition to a numbering system. [3]

  • 502 (PB): Black Rock Av–Downtown Bristol: See above
  • 541 (BL): Bristol Local: Downtown Bristol to Tunxis Community College via Route 6 (weekdays). Saturdays, this route loops via Plainville connecting with Route C. Westbound trips TO Downtown Bristol will be designated as 541W while eastbound trips FROM Downtown Bristol will read as 541E.
