Connie Fletcher (born November 8, 1982 in Jacksonville, Florida) is an American actress. She is known for her short role as Erin Lavery on All My Children (2005–2006).

In December 2006 she married actor Aaron Staton.

A native of Jacksonville, Fletcher graduated from Episcopal High School of Jacksonville in 2001, where she participated in theatre productions during each year of her attendance.

Fletcher graduated from Boston University with a BFA, with a major in Theatre and a minor in Art History.

Fletcher gave birth to her first child, a son Beckett, June 29, 2010.

Fletcher is most notable for the role of Erin Lavery on the soap opera All My Children. She portrayed the role from August 2005 until December 2006. In November 2006, Fletcher was released from her contract at AMC. She last aired in mid-December. On May 2, 2008, Fletcher became a regular on the online web series Imaginary Bitches starring All My Children alum Eden Riegel. The series also stars fellow AMC alum Elizabeth Hendrickson.

Recently, she has played a very minor role as the wife of Cole Phelps in Team Bondi's 2011 video game L.A. Noire, who is portrayed by her husband.
