Constitution Square State Historic Site is a 3-acre (1.2 ha) park in Danville, Kentucky in Boyle County. It houses the courthouse that was the site of ten constitutional conventions that eventually produced the Constitution of Kentucky.[1] The site became part of the park system in 1937.[2]

Ownership and management of the park is being transferred from the state to Boyle County. Transfer is expected to be finalized in January, 2012.[3]
