State Road 880 is a 4.473 miles (7.199 km) long state highway in Belle Glade, Florida, running east from US 27-SR 25 to State Road 717. All but the easternmost 0.475 miles (0.764 km) of the route is concurrent with State Road 15-80.
State Road 880 begins at the intersection between US 27 and SR 80 in South Bay, with SR 880 running eastward, concurrent with SR 80. The road heads east, leaving South Bay and through farmland. At the western end of Belle Glade, it meets with State Road 715's southern terminus. The road continues eastward as Belle Glade's main street, and quickly makes a 90 degree turn northward, meeting with County Road 827A. At MLK Jr. Boulevard, SR 880 splits from SR 80, heading east towards State Road 717, the eastern terminus.
The road east of the SR 80 concurrency is a former alignment of State Road 80, which now uses the Hooker Highway to the north.
County Road 880 was previously signed as State Road 880, and was transferred to county control on August 2, 1994.
The entire route is in Palm Beach County.
