Cowichan Valley B is a regional district electoral area in the Cowichan Valley Regional District, British Columbia, Canada. The RDA is located on Vancouver Island.
According to the Canada 2001 Census:
- Population: 7,081 (exclusive of any on-Indian Reserve residents)
- % Change (1996-2001): 7.4
- Dwellings: 3,037
- Area (km².): 306.23
- Density (persons per km².): 23.1
