Cowichan Valley B is a regional district electoral area in the Cowichan Valley Regional District, British Columbia, Canada. The EA is located on Vancouver Island. It has no governmental or administrative function and is used solely to select rural representatives to the regional district board.
According to the Canada 2001 Census:
- Population: 7,081 (exclusive of any on-Indian Reserve residents)
- % Change (1996-2001): 7.4
- Dwellings: 3,037
- Area (km².): 306.23
- Density (persons per km².): 23.1
