Credit Union Atlantic is a Canadian credit union that, with 17,200 customers, is the largest credit union in Nova Scotia. There are a total of seven branches and one business lending centre, all located in the Halifax Regional Municipality. It is a customer-owned financial institution, governed by an elected Board of Directors, and the CEO, Jamie Baillie, CA. In July 2008 Credit Union Atlantic merged with Halifax Civic Credit Union. Corporate offices are located on Chebucto Road. The newly renovated CUA for Business centre on Young Street specializes in commercial lending and other business-related services.
