Črneče is a village on the right bank of the river Drava in the Municipality of Dravograd in the Carinthia region in northern Slovenia.[2]
The local church in the centre of the settlement is dedicated to Saint Andrew and Saint James and dates to the early 15th century with some later rebuilding.[3]
