D. B. Seth 'Deven' (1944–2000) was an Indian painter. He was born in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and completed A.M.T. from Lucknow University in 1964. Then he completed BFA from Delhi College of Art (University of Delhi) in 1976.
He was a painter, actively exhibiting since 1964. He exhibited many solo and group exhibitions in India (for example, at the Dhoomimal Art Gallery in New Delhi, Taj Art Gallery in Bombay) and abroad. He was a life member of AIFACS (New Delhi) and the Bombay Art Society. His work is included in the collections of the National Gallery of Modern Art.
He received the 'Kala Shri' award from Prime Minister Chandra Shekhar in 1991.
