Its infrastructure includes a high school, primary health center, veterinary hospital, milk collection center and a sugar factory. There used to be a branch of Manjeera Grameena Bank but an extremist group destroyed it in 1996. The District Rural Development Agency has been instrumental in promoting SHGs in the village. There are two beedi making units, which employ a large number of women. The Telangana culture is well demonstrated in the lives of the villagers.

Temples[edit]

Peddamma Temple

In Dharmaram Yellamma temple was constructed by Gouda sangam and is the biggest temple in Dharmaram. Near the temple marriages are celebrated.

There are some idols which are found near the Shiva temple in the heart of the village.

Facilities[edit]

BC Student's hostel is for the students of primary and high school. It is located in a private home but is to be shifted to its own building. The hostel is helpful for economically disadvantaged students from nearby villages.

The village has two bus stops. A newly constructed bus stop comes first when moving from Ramayampet to Doultabad. Though few people use this bus stop, it is useful for the people of the new colony.
