DCD Rights is a UK-based independent television distribution company created in 2007 following the merger of NBDtv (founded 1985) and September International (founded 1992).

DCD Rights is an established specialist in acquiring and distributing multi-genre, programming to all the major broadcasters worldwide. Its catalogue encompasses 1,500 hours of programmes ranging from formats, factual, entertainment, drama, music and arts programming. DCD Rights sells rights of both DCD and third-party producers to television, DVD and New Media.

The company works with a wide range of international producers/directors and represents programmes on behalf of companies as diverse as BBC Productions, MTV, Universal Music Group, Sony BMG, EMI, US public groups such as Rainbow Networks (owners of AMC, IFC and Sundance).
