Champion (pronounced as in French) is the stage name of Maxime Morin, a Quebec electronic musician. Active as a club DJ in Montreal for over ten years, he released his debut album, Chill'em All, in 2004. He subsequently released The Remix Album in 2006, Live in 2007, and is currently working on a second album of new material.
The Remix Album was nominated for Dance Recording of the Year at the 2007 Juno Awards. "Guy Doune (Patrick Watson's Missing You Remix)" reached #1 on CBC Radio 3's R3-30 chart the week of February 22, 2007.
