DJ Rose better known as Roslynn Cobarrubias (March 12, 1980) is an American DJ, radio host, web personality, event producer, entrepreneur and marketing executive. Roslynn is the former host and producer of L.A.’s award winning and longest running positive Hip Hop radio shows- Third Floor Radio and founder of the Third Floor Network. Roslynn has been a host at several globally livestreamed events including the GRAMMY/CBS 2010 red carpet live stream interviewing artists such as Justin Bieber, LL Cool J, Trey Songz, Akon, etc. In 2009, Roslynn was the co-host of the Alice in Wonderland “Almost Alice” concert broadcast featuring 3OH!3, Anne Hathaway, Johnny Depp and more. Most recently, she was featured in Billboard Magazine after co-producing a concert for Adweek 2011.
In 2009 she was named one of Billboard Magazine’s “Top 30 Music Industry Professionals Under 30″ alongside other professionals like Justin Bieber Manager Scooter Braun and Drake Manager Cortez Bryant. In 2007, Roslynn was featured in The Source Magazine “Power 30″ alongside notables Diddy and Russell Simmons with Myspace co-founders Chris DeWolfe and Tom Anderson. In 2009, she was featured on the cover of the Filipino newspaper, the Asian Journal.
Roslynn has been a part of the Myspace team since its early inception. Over the course of the years at the company, she has ideated, managed, marketed and executed programs that integrate music artists and celebrities with top advertising brands. She has ideated, produced or executed concerts and/or original online programming for artists and brands that include but not limited to Rihanna, Jay-Z, T.I., John Legend, Kanye West, Manny Pacquiao, Lady Gaga, 3OH!3, Jesse McCartney, Alicia Keys, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Akon, DJ Hero, Xbox / Dance Central, HP, Wendys, Budweiser, AT&T, Coca Cola, XM Radio, Smirnoff, Heineken, Adidas, Touchstone Pictures (Step Up Franchises), MTV Films and many more.
In November 2013, Roslynn left Myspace to create her own company, The Third Floor Network which serves not only as a consulting agency to booking talent, grassroots marketing, social media strategy and live event production but also amplifies personal relationships to expand the businesses and monetization for a core group of trusted individuals within the network.
Every Wednesday on DJ Skee's Skee247 radio station in Hollywood, CA. Roslynn hosts her "Third Floor Radio" show where she serves as host, producer, DJ and talent booker. Guests and specials have ranged from artists like Drake, J.Cole, A Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul.
