Dalreen

Dalreen Suby (Arnolda) is a popular pop singer from Sri Lanka who started her career in the early 1970s and still very popular in Sri Lanka. One of her earlier hits was "Stranger Boy" which came out in the 70s. She sings both in English and Sinhalese. She recently toured Canada and the United States with The Gypsies.

For the first time she sang 4 Sinhala songs under the music directions of ever great musician Mr. Clarence Wijewardane. The 4 songs are the Apa Dedena, Chuda Manike, Oba Ma Sathu & Oba Ha which were released under SOORIYA label in 1975. It was tidled as "DALREEN SINGS SINHALA POP" (CHB O44)
