Dancilla
Dancilla free online dance-related information resource and community of dancers, including, but not limited to folk dance, historical dance, dance music and videos. It is an international project, a joint effort of several dance-related internet forums and is available in English, German, French, Swedish, Russian, Spanish, Italian and Dutch languages. It is a private non-commercial project carried out by volunteers.[1]
As of 2010, it stores information about over 30,000 dances, 3,000 dance videos, 800 MIDIs, 1,000 dance instructions and a wealth of other information about costumes, traditions, dance terminology, etc. All materials are provided by Dancilla for free for interested people. Users can participate by using the Dancilla wiki[2] to add dance resources.
