The Danish National Chamber Orchestra (Danish: DR UnderholdningsOrkestret, also known as the Danish Radio Sinfonietta) was a small symphony orchestra (sinfonietta) consisting of 42 players that was part of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation along with the Danish National Symphony Orchestra. The repertoire of the Danish National Chamber Orchestra was broad, ranging from Mozart to modern musicals.

On September 2014, it was announced that the orchestra would be closed down by DR in January 2015 due to cutbacks.[1] The final performance was Beethoven's 9th Symphony, on 21 November 2014.
