Daphne Gere is a vocalist,[citation needed] songwriter, and voice actress,[citation needed] previously based in Dallas. She has been cast as Maron in Dragon Ball Z (though the voice was later redubbed by Leah Clark in the Remasterd Box Set), and sung the closing songs to both Blue Gender and Dragon Ball. She has done voice work for independent film and is an accomplised musician. She left Funimation in 2002 for unknown reasons. She now lives in New York City and is singing vocals with a band called Mercova.[1]
