Datach'i is the pseudonym of Joseph Fraioli, an electronic musician based in New York City. Datach'i's music places an emphasis on complex drum programming and elaborate timing.

Biography[edit]

Fraioli's work beyond studio albums includes freelance sound design for several agencies.[1] Several companies including Porsche and Spike TV have combined Datach'i's jarring and futuristic sound with high definition visuals for promotional and artistic effect.[2]

In 2005 he was invited to engineer Interpol's guitarist Daniel Kessler's remix of Not Even Jail for a special edition of their 2004 album Antics.[3]
