David Miner is an Emmy Award-winning American film and television producer who is known for his work as an executive producer on NBC's 30 Rock, Parks & Recreation and MTV's Human Giant. Miner is the manager of Tina Fey. In 1990, Miner also created the National College Comedy Festival, an ongoing annual event for over 20 years at Skidmore College . [1]
