The Davis Burial Ground is between Zarephath, New Jersey and South Bound Brook, New Jersey. It is on Weston Canal Road near the Delaware and Raritan Canal. It contains about 100 graves with maybe 50 extant tombstones. On the opposite side of the canal is a similar cemetery: Van Nest - Weston Burying Ground, Bound Brook.

Simeon Van Nortwick II (1724-1813) He was the son of Simeon Van Nortwick I (1687-c1774) of Utrecht, Netherlands and Folkease Volkertje (c1690-?). His siblings include: Philippus Van Nortwick (1720/21-?); Adriaan Van Nortwick (1711-?); Folkert Van Nortwick (1714-?); John Van Nortwick (1716-?); William Van Nortwick (1718-?); Christaen Van Nortwick (1727-?); Martin Van Nortwick (1730/31-?); and Cornelia Van Nortwick (1732-?). Simeon married Maria Cornel (1733-1802) on April 12, 1751 in Somerset County.
