Degen Elizabeth Ellen Kasper (born August 1, 1989) is a beauty queen from Anchorage, Alaska, who has competed in Miss Teen USA.
Kasper was crowned Miss Alaska Teen USA 2006 on November 4, 2005. Her sister titleholder is Noelle Meyer, Miss Alaska USA 2006.
On August 15, 2006, she competed against 50 other girls for the title of Miss Teen USA 2006 in Palm Springs, California, but did not place. The winner of the pageant was Katie Blair of Montana.
