Dehesa (California)

Dehesa is a district located between the Granite Hills and Alpine areas of San Diego County in California. Dehesa is located along the Sweetwater River and Dehesa Valley between Harbison Canyon, Crest, Alpine, and Granite Hills. Dehesa is a mainly agricultural community located in the 53rd Congressional District of California.[1]

The Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation's Sycuan Reservation runs along the border of Dehesa. Dehesa is also the home of the Sycuan Casino in San Diego County. The South West entrance to Dehesa is located near Dehesa Road from El Cajon or the intersection of Willow Glen Drive and Dehesa Road. The North East thoroughfare is near the fire station on La Cresta Road, that is where Harbison Canyon begins.
