The Blue Door Restaurant and the Brasserie – It is under the direction of restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow and renowned chef Claude Troisgros.

The Blue Sea – located in the middle of the lobby.

The Rose Bar – A side lobby bar with a glowing bar.

“Water Salon” - conceived by Philippe Starck as his first exercise in pool design.[citation needed] The Delano features include underwater classical music, a continuous waterfall and furniture in the pool.

[edit] AFL Australian Football League nude photo scandal

A nude photograph depicted of AFL footballer and St Kilda Football Club captain Nick Riewoldt surfaced in December 2010. The photograph was taken by team-mate Sam Gilbert in 2009 at the Delano Hotel in Miami. The 16 year old girl who released the candid picture claimed she had taken the photograph herself at a Melbourne hotel, but was later proven wrong after the AFL discovered the decor in the photograph was, in fact, from the Delano Hotel.[2]
