This article is about the demographic features of the population of the Palestinian territories, including ethnicity, education level, health of the populous, economic status, religious affiliations and other aspects of the population.

The Palestinian territories in this context are defined to include West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Gaza strip. It is one of a number of designations for those portions of the British Mandate of Palestine captured and occupied by Jordan and by Egypt in the late 1940s, and captured by Israel in the 1967 Six-Day War.

The following demographic statistics are from the CIA World Factbook, unless otherwise indicated.

2,407,681 [1] population in the West Bank, excluding Israeli settlers. this figure include 209,000 Arabs in east Jerusalem, also counted as Israeli residents (and in the Israeli Population statistics), as 98% of East Jerusalem Palestinians has either Israeli residency or Israeli citizenship.[1]

2,771,681, including Israeli settlers 187,000 Israeli settlers in the West Bank and 177,000 in East Jerusalem (July 2008 est.)
