Despina Delios is a beauty queen from Lynn, Massachusetts who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2007.

Delios won the Miss Massachusetts USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in Quincy, Massachusetts on 19 November 2006.[1] It was her first attempt at the title, and she beat two former Miss Massachusetts Teen USA titleholders, Jacqueline Bruno and Monique Jones, to win the title. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder Tiffany Kelly of Braintree.[2] Delios was styled for the competition by Miss Massachusetts USA 2004 Maria Lekkakos.[3]

Delios represented Massachusetts in nationally televised Miss USA 2007 pageant which was broadcast live from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California on March 23, 2007. Her sister titleholder is Kathleen McNiff, Miss Massachusetts Teen USA 2007.
