Dimitar Varbanov Ganev (October 28, 1898, Gradets, Sliven Province - April 20, 1964) was a Bulgarian communist politician. He became head of state and chairman of the presidium of the national assembly of Bulgaria on November 30, 1958 shortly after the death of Georgi Damyanov and served in these positions until his own death.
