Disney's Beach Club Villas is a Disney Vacation Club resort at the Walt Disney World Resort.
It opened on July 1, 2002 and is the fourth Disney Vacation Club Resort operating at Walt Disney World. It sits on 6 acres (24,000 m2) of land and consists of 282 units.
The units are broken down into three groups: Studio rooms which are approximately 365 square feet (33 m²), one-bedroom villas which are approximately 726 square feet (67.4 m2) and two-bedroom villas which are approximately 1083 square feet (99 m²).
The studios have a kitchenette with a small sink, refrigerator and microwave oven.
The one and two bedroom villas have fully equipped kitchens with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. The master bathroom in the one and two bedroom units have an oversized whirpool tub. The two-bedroom villas can accommodate up to eight guests. Guests at the Villas have full use of all the amenities of the Beach Club and Yacht Club hotels, including all pools, spas, health club(s) and restaurants.

The Disney's Beach Club Villas is part of Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, which feature four full-service restaurants, a poolside counter-service restaurant, and several bars and lounges throughout the resorts.

Stormalong Bay - About 3 acres in size, Stormalong Bay has a large water slide fashioned from a ship mast, the deepest section at 8 feet deep of any pool at Walt Disney World, and numerous coves, jacuzzi tubs and a whirlpool area. This pool is for the exclusive use of guests at the Beach and Yacht Club Resorts, and Beach Club Villas.
Dunes Cove - A small "quiet" pool with depths ranging up to about five feet, changing/bathroom facilities, a jacuzzi tub and a few barbecue grills.
