• The Lion King - partially inspired by Hamlet by William Shakespeare, the Bible stories of Joseph and Moses, and the Disney animated film Bambi; often speculated to be greatly inspired by Osamu Tezuka's classic anime, Kimba the White Lion, due to numerous similarities between the two animations.
