Doboj East (Doboj Istok / Добој Исток) is a small rural municipality in the Tuzla Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It consists of the villages of Stanić Rijeka, Klokotnica, Velika Brijesnica and Mala Brijesnica.

In 2005, almost all of the municipality's population (100%) was composed of ethnic Bosniaks.
