Domolessa (Greek: Δομολεσσά) is a settlement in the Ioannina regional unit in Greece and the municipal unit of Selles. In 2001 its population was 54. It is built at 340 m above sea level. It is linked with a narrow paved road connecting the GR-6 (Larissa - Trikala - Ioannina - Igoumenitsa), GR-17 (Ioannina - Dodoni) and Via Egnatia with its neaest interchange.

It is located 480 km NNW of Athens, 40 km WSW of Ioannina, north of Preveza and ENE of Igoumenitsa.
