Bondi Vet is an Australian factual television series. It follows the lives of Dr. Chris Brown at a commercial veterinary clinic in the Sydney suburb of Bondi Junction[2][3][4] (near Bondi Beach), and emergency veterinarian Dr. Lisa Chimes at the Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH),[5] in the Sydney suburb of North Ryde.[6]

Also featured are Dr. Andrew Marchevsky, specialist surgeon at SASH, and Mr. Tim Faulkner of the Australian Reptile Park at Somersby on the New South Wales central coast.

The series first broadcast on 5 February 2009, with the first two full seasons averaging a rating of 0.93 million viewers in the five capital cities.[7] Bondi Vet is now in its sixth season.[8] The series airs on Network Ten on Saturday night at 6:30pm, with the program being repeated, as "Bondi Vet Encore", on Thursday morning at 11:00am.

A special edition episode of Bondi Vet aired on 28 January 2011 titled Your Very First Puppy.[9]

The series is now being shown on Saturday mornings in the United States, by the CBS network on their educational CBS Dream Team Saturday morning programming strand, under the title of "Dr. Chris: Pet Vet". The series began broadcasting on 28 September 2013.[10][11]
