Drifting is a 1923 American drama film directed by Tod Browning and featuring Wallace Beery in a supporting role. The movie was produced and distributed by Universal Pictures. Priscilla Dean is the main female antagonist.[1] The film is based on a Broadway stage play, Drifting, performed at the Playhouse Theatre January 2, 1922 to February 1922 for a total of 63 performances. In the play Dean's part was played by Alice Brady who costarred with Robert Warwick and a young Humphrey Bogart, billed as H.D. Bogart.[2]
