The Dubai Aluminium Company Limited (DUBAL), located in Jebel Ali, is one of the largest industrial companies in the UAE. Some 14% of its total workforce are UAE nationals.

DUBAL was incorporated pursuant to a Decree of the Ruler of Dubai, dated 5 May 1975. It is a limited liability company, wholly owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai. HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum is DUBAL's Chairman.

Dubal is currently ranked as the 7th largest global producer in the industry [1] with a current production capacity of 890,000 tonnes per annum by the end of 2007, increasing to 980,000 tonnes per annum by the end of 2010.
