Dublin Mid West is a parliamentary constituency in County Dublin, Ireland. It is represented in Dáil Éireann, the lower house of the Irish parliament or Oireachtas and elects four deputies (Teachtaí Dála, commonly known in English as TDs), using the Single Transferable Vote method of proportional representation (PR-STV).

Dublin Mid West came into existence at the 2002 general election, composed of parts of the Dublin South West and Dublin West constituencies. It contains the areas of Clondalkin, Lucan, Rathcoole and Saggart. The constituency review of 2004 recommended that the town of Palmerstown was incorporated into Dublin Mid-West (having been in Dublin West), and this was implemented in the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2005.[1] The constituency currently elects 4 TDs, having gained an extra seat at the 2007 general election.
